TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an ideal qualification for experienced professionals who are inspired to share their knowledge and skills with others by pursuing a new career path in the VET sector.
This qualification, or the skill sets derived from units of competency within it, is also suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET program.

Students have 12 months from course commencement to complete this qualification with one complimentary extension if needed. Completion time depends on the student. Our course is designed to enable the student to complete the course as fast as possible within a reasonable time frame.

Self-paced via live Zoom or blended learning options - $1600 via payment plan or discounted to $1500 for an upfront payment. (face to face days are an additional $150 per day if needed)
10-day intensive and highly supportive face to face program - $2895
Option 1: Self-paced via live Zoom
This is a flexible and efficient way to complete your qualification. Students are able to join live Zoom sessions. These sessions are delivered every week so can be attended as consecutive or non-consecutive days. Students can attend as many live sessions as needed. Additional self-paced work is also required to complete the course. Students have the opportunity to attend additional face-to-face classes for an additional $120 per day if needed.
Option 2: Live Face-to-Face Class: 10-day intensive & highly supportive face to face training plus additional self-paced activities.
Option 3: Blended learning
Designed around the specific needs of each learner, it may include a combination of face to face classes, live Zoom webinars, self-paced study and RPL (recognition of prior learning)
Possible job titles include: Enterprise/workplace trainer and assessor, Registered training organisation (RTO) trainer and assessor, Training adviser or training needs analyst, Vocational education teacher, Adult educator.
