Who is this for?

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an ideal qualification for experienced teachers who are inspired to share their knowledge and skills with others by pursuing a new career path in the VET sector.  You will:

  • be a registered school teacher 
  • be currently teaching in a high school or an RTO environment
  • have industry experience applicable to vocational education

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Our accelerated teacher program has in-built RCC/RPL component specifically designed around the experience of a registered and experienced school teacher.

 

Delivery options

  1. Intensive Block Training
    Fully structured and supported series of 5-day Face2Face workshops at one of our handy locations or via Live MS Teams. We can also come to you for group bookings. Students' complete assessments in a classroom with the guidance of an experienced trainer. The best option for teachers to gain the qualification faster!
  2. 2-Term Split
    Flexible combination of 3 face-to-face classes plus an additional 2 days via live MS Teams that can be split between terms or over a period of time. A great option for teachers who can't join 5 consecutive days of training!
  3. Self-Paced over 5 Non-Consecutive Days - Book as you go!
    Teachers can join classes around their busy timetable, spread out over time. The perfect option for teachers who struggle to take time out of their busy teaching schedule for training and are not in any rush to complete the course!
