Frequently Asked Questions

Can I complete the program across non-consecutive days?

The intensive block is designed to run across consecutive days (5, 4 or 3 days depending on the pathway). If a consecutive block doesn’t suit your school calendar, contact the Blueprint team to discuss a split delivery option.

Can Blueprint deliver a program at our school?

Yes. Blueprint can deliver an in-house program for a group of staff at your school. Contact the team to discuss dates, minimum numbers and delivery details for your school.

What happens after the intensive block?

After the intensive block, you’ll complete the remaining assessment tasks and self-paced activities required to finish your chosen program.

Which pathway is right for my role?

It depends on your current role. Registered secondary school teachers working toward a full TAE40122 qualification usually choose the Accelerated Teacher Program. Teachers already qualified and delivering VET in schools usually choose the Teacher Enhancement Skill Set. Those building assessment and validation skills usually choose the Assessor Skill Set. Experienced trainers who already hold a TAE40110 or TAE40116 and just need to upgrade to TAE40122 should look at the Upgrade Program instead. Contact the Blueprint team if you’re not sure which pathway matches your role.

I already hold a TAE40110 or TAE40116 — do I need one of these programs?

No — if you already hold a TAE40110 or TAE40116 and are currently working in the VET sector, the TAE40122 Upgrade Program is the right pathway rather than the three programs above. It's available as a Guided Upgrade (2 days of training plus RPL) or, if you already have the required evidence, as a self-managed RPL and credit transfer pathway (Going Solo). See Upgrade Program pricing and dates →

Where can I find the full TAE40122 program dates?

The full TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment has its own delivery structure and remains on its own separate page.  View the full TAE40122 program page →
